The goal of this organization is to improve the quality of life. It is our belief that change can only be achieved by being pro-active in our approach to the sociological and psychological problems that hinder us from a better life. The root, the seed, the branch, and the leaves all are a part of the tree. When one part is without nourishment it has the ability to damage the tree. It's going to take a holistic approach to resolve our problems. We must enable each other with education, love and encouragement.
The Family is the Foundation... Without a strong foundation nothing can stand. Our families must be the focal point in the restoration of our communities. We are committed to maintaining & strengthening our families by providing: Health & Wellness Programs Marriage Counseling Seminars and Workshops on Relationships Economic Development Parenting Financial Planning Seniors are the gatekeepers of our Heritage & Culture... The Good Samaritan Program is designed to bridge the gap between our seniors and our youth. It offers a youth volunteer force that will provide and assist our seniors with the following services. Programs will partner our volunteer youth force with senior needing assistance with: Yard Work / Trash Removal Laundry Light Housekeeping task Shopping Sometimes it may be a matter of sitting on the porch engaging in conversation that may render just what the Doctor ordered.
